About us

Stevens Property Management specialise in residential lettings and property management ranging from small flats, semi-detached property, town houses, cottages and large rural houses across Lincolnshire.

We are based in Louth, Lincolnshire and manage properties locally in market towns such as Louth, Alford & Horncastle, bigger towns including Lincoln, Grimsby and Cleethorpes and also covering the coastal towns and villages including Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Skegness.

We manage residential properties on behalf of private individuals and companies, which are let, furnished or unfurnished on long and short lets. We are able to advise you on all aspects of residential lettings from choosing an investment property to let, advising on rental assessments and investment returns.

We also advise on the relevant legislation including the Housing Acts, Fire Regulations, Gas and Electricity Regulations, Deposit Protection, Energy Performance regulations and immigration checks.     As managing director of Stevens Property Management Ltd, Charlotte has worked hard to build a base of knowledge and experience over the past 15 years within the industry. 

    After completing a Business Management degree and NFOPP Technical award in residential lettings, Charlotte regularly attends seminars and updates to make sure her Landlords are compliant and now leads the team at Stevens Property Management Ltd from strength to strength.

    Charlotte is the is the first point of contact for all landlords wanting an appraisal of their property.  She works closely with our loyal clients providing professional advice and assistance for all aspects of property management and investment portfolios.

    Holly joined Stevens Property Management in 2013 with a background in customer service and insurance and with a degree in Agri-Business.

    As the daughter of a local farmer Holly is used to putting her hand to most tasks, including being a chairman of Louth & Lincolnshire Young Farmers.  She has an extensive knowledge of the county and has completed her Level 3 Award in ARLA Residential & Property Management.

    Holly works in accounts day-to-day collecting rents, paying landlords and contractors, but is also the Office Manager being a main point of contact for Landlords and new clients, along with training and developing new team members and overseeing all aspects of property management.

    She has a comprehensive knowledge of the local area and housing. 

    Lisa deals with arranging and conducting viewings, processing tenancy applications and preparing accompanying paperwork as well as conducting the 'move-in'. She looks forward to giving you a warm welcome into your new home soon.

    Florence joined us in August 2021 and is in charge of all things creative! She designs all of our window displays taking us through the seasons whilst also conducting all of our property inspections, inventories and checkouts.  She is also the lady behind our social media accounts - check out her 'content' on Instagram, Facebook and now TikTok too!

    Florence has also been a chairman of Louth Young Farmers and is a local farmer's daughter. She is currently in the process of renovating her own period property with her partner along with running a handmade decor business for events.  

    Florence enjoys meeting and getting to know all of our tenants.

    Brittany joined the team in July 2024 as a repairs and maintenance coordinator. Day-to-day Brittany arranges all general repairs along with renewal of safety certificates to ensure properties are compliant. She is the main point of contact for contractors.

    Since joining Brittany has enjoyed assisting landlords and tenants in resolving repairs.

    Brittany is currently in the process of building a new home for her and her family which includes her young daughter so knows all about balancing a busy workload and managing projects!

    Debbi joined the team in March 2024 having worked for a local letting agency for 10 years, with a background prior to this in banking. Debbi has extensive knowledge and experience of lettings legislation and has been brought into to lead the “Block Management” side of the company.

    She is the main point of contact for any queries relating to communal maintenance, upgrades and fire safety and manages all customer liaison with resident management companies.  This includes management of freehold & leasehold properties.

    Outside of work Debbi enjoys spending time with family & the odd glass of wine!

    Molly joined us in June 2024 having worked in the customer service and hospitality industry. Molly is currently studying her Level 3 Business Administration diploma.

    Since joining Molly gets involved in lots of tasks including advertising all properties, answering incoming enquiries & arranging and conducting viewing appointments.  She also works with other staff members to assist with general enquiries and compliance in readiness for new tenancies.  She also makes a great cuppa!

    Outside out of work Molly enjoys travelling & the outdoors, and enjoys keeping many plants!

    Emily joined us in September 2024 having finished school and wanting to enter the world of property & office administration.  She is currently studying a Level 2 Customer Service diploma, with the view to go on and study further lettings based qualifications in the future.

    Emily's daily tasks include general administration, assisting tenant and landlord queries and booking inspections.  She works closely with Florence managing her appointments. She also is involved with informing utility companies of a change in occupancy and generally assisting all staff members in their roles.

    Outside of work Emily grew up on a farm and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Lottie assists with the coordination of maintenance and ensuring all of our properties are complaint with current legislation.
