We are delighted to announce that we have won the Gold Award for Best Letting Agent in Louth in the British Property Awards for 2024 - 2025!

This wouldn't be possible without our amazing team of ladies working away everyday to get tenants into our properties, with this we have managed to get 221 properties let during 2024.

To obtain this award we managed to perform "outstandingly" throughout the extensive judging period and we have been shortlisted for a number of national awards still to be announced. 

The British Property Awards Provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition.

We last took part and won this award in 2020 and over the past few years we have worked hard in ensuring we have a high standard of customer service, knowledge within our local community along with knowledge in the sector. We have grown our little team and taken on several new members of staff: Debbi, Brittany, Molly and Emily.

We have exciting and fun new ideas for 2025 for Stevens Property Management to grow and look forward to documenting it along the way.
