We are delighted to announce that we have won the Gold Award for Best Letting Agent in Louth in the British Property Awards for 2025 - 2026!

We last took part and won this award only last year and have been working hard to ensure we have kept a high standard of customer service, knowledge within our local community along with knowledge in the sector throughout the ever-changing legislation, especially with the new Renters Right Bill coming into play shortly.

Winning this award would not be possible without our amazing team of ladies who work endlessly to ensure our landlords, tenants and clients are happy. Emily our youngest apprentice has just completed her Customer Service Apprentice and received a DISTINCTION and Molly is completing her final project before finishing her Apprenticeship in Level 3 Business Administration.

The British Property Awards Provide agents throughout the UK with an invaluable opportunity to compare the service that they provide against the service provided by their local, regional and national competition. To obtain this award we managed to perform "outstandingly" throughout the extensive judging period.

We have lots of exciting and fun new ideas for the rest of 2026 and look forward to documenting it along the way for you all to be part of.
