Our service charges are displayed below:-

Full Management: 12 % of gross rent due (10% + VAT), plus £180.00 set up fee, this includes a full photographic and written inventory. Please note Discounts may be available for portfolio owners.          Tenant find only: Equivalent to one months rent (inventory cost extra).
